Cantiere Ernesto Riva

Tradition sailing into the future, since 1771

Information

The Cantiere Ernesto Riva, founded in 1771 in Laglio on Lake Como, has a long tradition in the construction of boats such as steamboats, launches, inglesine, and "lucie" inspired by Manzoni. It preserves detailed historical records, and in 2010 it inaugurated a new headquarters in Maslianico. Today, under the leadership of Daniele Riva, the company is in its eighth generation and combines tradition with innovation, focusing on excellent design and high-quality materials. The shipyard is dedicated to the construction of rowing, sailing, and motor boats, as well as restoration work. Daniele promotes sustainable, low-impact navigation
