Domasino Bianco 2011
Elegance and freshness in every sip, perfect with lake fish and white meats!
Domasino Bianco 2011, an elegant and fresh wine produced from Verdesa, Sauvignon, and Trebbiano grapes. The vineyards, aged between 10 and 30 years, are located on gravelly and limestone soils, facing east and southeast, at an altitude of 250-300 meters. Harvested from mid-September to early October, aged for three months in stainless steel tanks and two months in the bottle. With an alcohol content of 13%, it presents a brilliant straw-yellow color, a complex aroma of spices and exotic fruits, and a fresh, harmonious flavor with notes of sweet almond and grapefruit. Excellent with lake fish, white meats, appetizers, and vegetable omelets. Serve at 7-9°C.
